Tuluyan was founded on one observation: the property rental market doesn’t need another aggregator taking a cut of every booking. It needs infrastructure that operators can trust and the people they deal with can rely on.
Across Southeast Asia, independent property operators run businesses worth millions using notebooks and messaging apps. Transient houses, pension houses, serviced apartments, long-term rentals, condominium associations, small hotels. Those who go digital get routed onto platforms that charge up to 17% per booking, take ownership of their guest relationships, and were built for markets that look nothing like theirs. HOA administrators and long-term rental operators get even less. Most platforms don’t acknowledge they exist at all.
