AI Assistant
The AI assistant for guest messages, tenant communication, and reports runs on credits, not your subscription. You buy credits when you need them and use them at your own pace. If you run out, no AI, but your subscription and everything else keeps working normally.
Credit pricing is shown inside the platform.
Transaction fee
1% per completed transaction
This covers Tuluyan’s server and operational costs for every booking, rent collection, or dues payment processed on the platform. It applies only when a transaction completes. Nothing is charged on cancellations or failed payments.
This is the only fee Tuluyan charges per transaction, regardless of plan.
Payment gateway fees
When a guest, tenant, or unit owner pays through Tuluyan, the payment gateway charges a processing fee. Tuluyan passes this through at cost with no markup, ever.
The fee depends on the payment method and the gateway available in your market. The full amount, including the processing fee, is shown before any payment is confirmed. No surprises on either side.
You choose which payment methods to enable. If you turn a method off, its fee doesn’t apply.
