Payouts
When and how you receive your money from bookings.
For bookings paid through the platform (GCash, QRPH, card), your payout is released 3 days after the guest checks out. This settlement period protects both you and your guests by allowing time to resolve any issues after the stay.
What Gets Deducted
Your payout amount is calculated as:

You can see the exact breakdown for any product in the product form. The "You will receive" line shows your net amount per booking.
Cancellation Payouts
When a guest cancels and your cancellation policy retains some or all of the payment:
- You receive the retained amount (minus fees)
- The payout is released 3 days after the original checkout date, not the cancellation date
- This ensures the full dispute window is maintained
For example, if a guest booked May 1-4 and cancels on April 20 under a Strict policy (50% retained), you receive 50% of the booking amount on May 7 (checkout date May 4 + 3 days).
No-Shows
No-shows follow the same rules as cancellations. The amount retained per your cancellation policy is paid out 3 days after the original checkout date.
Operator Cancellations
If you cancel a booking, the guest receives a full refund regardless of your cancellation policy. No payout is generated for operator-initiated cancellations.
Direct Payments
For bookings where the guest paid you directly (cash, bank transfer, GCash sent to your personal account), no payout is processed through Tuluyan. You already have the money. The system records these transactions for your bookkeeping only.
Setting Up Your Payout Account
To receive payouts, you need at least one payout account configured:
- Go to Payouts in the operator sidebar
- Click Add Account
- Choose GCash or Bank Transfer
- Enter your account details
- Set one account as your primary (this is where payouts are sent by default)
Keep your payout account details up to date. If a transfer fails because of incorrect account information, it may delay your payout.
Viewing Your Payout History
The Payouts page in your operator dashboard shows all your payouts with their status:
- Pending: payout created, waiting for the 3-day settlement period
- Due: settlement period passed, payout is queued for processing
- Approved: payout has been approved and will be transferred soon
- Processing: transfer is in progress
- Completed: transfer confirmed, funds are in your account
Tuluyan reviews payouts before processing. In most cases, payouts are processed within 1-2 business days after becoming due.
Withholding
Tuluyan may delay a payout if there is a suspected fraud case, an active dispute, or a terms of service violation. You will be notified with the reason if this happens.
